- 1.5 oz Apparition Absinthe Vérte @holystonedistilling
- 1 oz Ginger Lemon Bianco Aperitivo
- 1 oz Italicus Rosolio Di Bergamotto
- Half of ripe kiwi, muddled
- 3 fresh mint leaves
- 2 dashes Lime Bitters
Place a large ice rock into a rocks glass. Set aside.
In a mixing glass muddle mint and half of ripe kiwi. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. Add ice, stir to chill and dilute. Double-strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with fresh mint and a kiwi chip by RIND @RINDsnacks
