SHIPPING

RIND Snacks orders ship to all 50 U.S. states. 

Orders placed at RINDSnacks.com are not delivered on Sundays or major holidays, and orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or over a major holiday weekend may take longer to be delivered. RIND Snacks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or severe weather. 

How do I qualify for free shipping? 

We offer free shipping for all orders in the continental U.S. (48 states) over $40.00 after any promotions are applied. For all orders to Alaska and Hawaii we offer $27.99 flat fee pricing on all orders. We use a variety of third party common carriers, including but not limited to: UPS, FedEx, DHL, OnTrac and USPS. Rates will vary based on location and order quantity. 

Where do my RIND Snacks packages ship from? 

Our packages ship from our 3PL (third party logistics) partner warehouses and could originate from any combination of Nevada, Maryland and Tennessee distribution centers. 

How quickly are orders shipped? 

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days. However, fulfillment and delivery may take up to 5-7 business days depending on inventory and/or weather delays. 

All standard shipping rates apply to items when shipped within the U.S., including free shipping on qualifying orders. International shipping may not be available for all items. When an order ships, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package can be found in your shipment confirmation email.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately aren't able to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To return a RIND product, please send an email tosupport@whitebox.co and a return shipping label and RMA will be provided. Once your return is received, inspected and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return meets our requirements, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
