Gingerbread Pear Loaf

Gingerbread Pear Loaf

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of gluten free oat flour,
  • 1 cup of almond flour,
  • 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar,
  • 1 tsp baking soda,
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon,
  • 1 tsp ground ginger,
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves,
  • 1/4 tsp salt,
  • 1/4 cup cooled and melted coconut oil,
  • 1/4 cup agave,
  • 1/4 cup molasses,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 tsp vanilla,
  • 3/4 cup  plain oatmilk, 
  • half of a diced bosc pear

Before it went into the oven top with the loaf with RIND Snacks chewy dried pears! Bake for 40 minutes at 350° in a greased loaf pan and top it with a white chocolate drizzle (2 Tbsp white chocolate chips and 1 tsp melted coconut oil)!
