Ingredients:
- 1 cup of gluten free oat flour,
- 1 cup of almond flour,
- 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar,
- 1 tsp baking soda,
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon,
- 1 tsp ground ginger,
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves,
- 1/4 tsp salt,
- 1/4 cup cooled and melted coconut oil,
- 1/4 cup agave,
- 1/4 cup molasses,
- 1 egg,
- 1 tsp vanilla,
- 3/4 cup plain oatmilk,
- half of a diced bosc pear
Before it went into the oven top with the loaf with RIND Snacks chewy dried pears! Bake for 40 minutes at 350° in a greased loaf pan and top it with a white chocolate drizzle (2 Tbsp white chocolate chips and 1 tsp melted coconut oil)!
