Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp chopped RIND Orchard blend
- 1/3 cup Apple Cinnamon ChiChi
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
- Mix ChiChi, egg, greek yogurt, baking powder, and RIND
- Add mixture to pan in pancake shapes and top each with 1 whole RIND persimmon before flipping
- Add toppings of choice
