Apple Persimmon Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chopped RIND Orchard blend
  • 1/3 cup Apple Cinnamon ChiChi
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Mix ChiChi, egg, greek yogurt, baking powder, and RIND
  2. Add mixture to pan in pancake shapes and top each with 1 whole RIND persimmon before flipping
  3. Add toppings of choice
