VEGAN ALMOND JOYS

Recipe - makes 7 almond joys

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut crisps
  • 1/2cup coconut oil (NOT liquid)
  • 7 almonds
  • 1 bar chocolate of choice

Directions:

  • blend the coconut crisps in a blender until slightly broken down
  • add to bowl and add coconut oil
  • mix until paste forms. form into almond joy shapes
  • add one almond to each
  • let set for 20-30 mins in refrigerator
  • coat each in melted chocolate
  • let set again until chocolate hardens and ENJOY!
