Ingredients:
- RIND Pineapple slice from the Tropical Blend for garnish
- Tajin
- 2oz Tequila
- 4oz Pineapple juice (fresh or canned)
- 1-2 Jalapeño slices
- Agave
- 4-6oz Seltzer
- Ice
Instructions:
- Prep the glass - roll the rim in agave and tajin. Place upside down in the freezer to chill while you shake the cocktail.
- Shake tequila, pineapple juice, and jalapeño with ice in a shake. You can add a squeeze of agave if you'd like it sweeter.
- Strain over ice in the prepared glass
- Top with selzer
- Cut pineapple slice about halfway down the middle and place on the rim of the glass. Do the same with jalapeño to garnish.
