Spicy Pineapple Spritz

Ingredients:

  • RIND Pineapple slice from the Tropical Blend for garnish
  • Tajin
  • 2oz Tequila
  • 4oz Pineapple juice (fresh or canned)
  • 1-2 Jalapeño slices
  • Agave
  • 4-6oz Seltzer
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Prep the glass - roll the rim in agave and tajin. Place upside down in the freezer to chill while you shake the cocktail.
  2. Shake tequila, pineapple juice, and jalapeño with ice in a shake. You can add a squeeze of agave if you'd like it sweeter.
  3. Strain over ice in the prepared glass
  4. Top with selzer
  5. Cut pineapple slice about halfway down the middle and place on the rim of the glass. Do the same with jalapeño to garnish.
