Raspberry Almond No Bake Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup raspberry almond granola squares, crushed
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  •  Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries
  • melted white or dark chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Crush the raspberry almond granola squares
  2. Add all ingredients except for melted chocolate to a bowl and mix, wet ingredients first
  3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and press mixture into an even layer
  4. Drizzle with melted chocolate
  5. Cut into bars and serve
