Ingredients:
Apple Pie Filling:
- 2 Apples, chopped with the peel on
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
Cheesecake Filling
- 4oz Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Topping:
- RIND Apple Chips
Instructions:
- Make the Apple Pie Filling: In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for 5-7 minutes until soft and caramelized. Let cool slightly.
- Mix the Cheesecake layer: Add all ingredients to a bowl and beat together until smooth and fluffy.
- Assemble: Spoon a layer of apple filling into a jar, add the cheesecake mixture, repeat if desired.
- Top it with RIND Apple Chips
