Piña Colada Ice Cream Sundae


  • Fresh pineapple
  • Cinnamon
  • Brown Sugar
  • RIND Coconut Crisps
  • Vanilla ice cream


  1. Cut pineapple into rings
  2. Sprinkle pineapple rings with cinnamon and brown sugar
  3. Air fry pineapple rings for 8 minutes at 400°F, flipping halfway through
  4. While pineapple is cooking, chop RIND Coconut Crisps into smaller pieces
  5. Let pineapple cool and top with vanilla ice cream and RIND Coconut Crisps
