Chocolate Oatmeal Squares


1 | Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

2 | In a bowl, mix in the oats, flour, maple syrup, 1/2 cup almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla, and cinnamon

3 | Transfer half of the mixture into the lined baking pan. Spread evenly, and pat down.

4 | Place in the fridge for 20 minutes

5 | Next, melt the chocolate chips & pour the chocolate on the oat layer and refrigerate for 1 hr

6 | Remove from the fridge. Add the chopped RIND to the remaining mixture & add on top of the chocolate - pat down

7 | Place back in the fridge for 30 more minutes.

8 | Slice & enjoy
