Blue Spirulina Popsicles

Ingredients:
• 2 ripe frozen bananas
• 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1 tablespoon @fastedathleteco colostrum powder
• ½ teaspoon blue spirulina powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey for added sweetness

Toppings:
• Melted white chocolate for drizzling
• RIND Snacks Coconut Crisps for sprinkling

Instructions:
1. Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen bananas, coconut milk, vanilla protein powder, colostrum powder, blue spirulina, vanilla extract, and sweetener if using. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Fill the Molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until solid.
3. Add Toppings: Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and immediately sprinkle with RIND Snacks Coconut Crisps before the chocolate sets.
4. Serve: Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for a refreshing treat anytime.
