Apple Pie Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 small apple or 1/2 cup chopped RIND Apple Chips
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • optional: 1-2 Medjool dates for added sweetness
  • optional: caramel for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and bend until smooth
  2. Drizzle caramel sauce inside a glass and pour in the smoothie
  3. Top with more caramel, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and an Apple Chip
