
Ingredients:
- 1 small apple or 1/2 cup chopped RIND Apple Chips
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- optional: 1-2 Medjool dates for added sweetness
- optional: caramel for drizzling
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and bend until smooth
- Drizzle caramel sauce inside a glass and pour in the smoothie
- Top with more caramel, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and an Apple Chip
