Ingredients:
- 2 large, ripe Hass avocados
- ¼ red onion (finely diced)
- 2 jalapeño peppers (seeded + diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- ⅓ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp each: garlic powder + Tajín
- ½ cup chopped RIND Tropical Blend
Instructions:
- Mash avocados to desired texture
- Mix in onion, peppers, garlic, lime, cilantro + seasonings
- Fold in chopped RIND for a bright, chewy-sweet contrast
- Garnish with extra cilantro + a sprinkle of Tajín
