RIND Snacks Fruity Granola


1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 cup pecans

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup each dried peach, strawberry, apple, and coconut

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp arrowroot starch

Directions: preheat oven to 325 F + in a food processor pulse nuts, seeds, and dried fruit until fruit is broken down and nuts are chopped + add to bowl along with remaining ingredients + stir to combine + pour out granola onto a parchment lined baking sheet + don’t spread out too much, you want the clumps! + bake in oven for 13-15 min + remove from oven and let cool for 5 min + place into freezer for 15 min, this will let coconut oil harden and you’ll get those cluuummppss!! + remove from freezer + break into clumpies + enjoy with some almond milk :)
