RECIPE:
Step1️⃣: cook oats using your desired method (I add a handful of riced cauli and enough water to cover and microwave for 90 sec)
Step2️⃣: stir the following ingredients into your oats:
•2 tbsp pumpkin puree
•1 tsp regular or decaf coffee grounds
•1 tbsp maple syrup
•lots of pumpkin spice and cinnamon
•splash of vanilla extract
•optional: 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder and 1 tbsp cocoa powder for extra flavor
Step3️⃣: toppingssss🤪
-> sliced apple
-> RIND Snacks Apple chips
-> honey hemp granola
-> chocolate coffee almond butter
