RECIPE:
Step 1: pulse together the following ingredients in a blender/food processor
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 1/3 cup RIND Snacks Orange Chips
- zest and juice of 1/2 orange
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 tbsp coconut flour (or 2 tbsp oat flour)
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- splashes of almond milk as needed to blend
Step 2: roll the mixture into energy bites and store in the fridge or freezer
