Nutty Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1-2 tbsp crushed nuts (pecans used here)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup milk / alt. milk
  • Greek yogurt for toppings
  • RIND Dark Cocoa Coconut Crisps for toppings
  • Honey drizzle for toppings

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, excluding toppings, into a bowl and mix
  2. Place ingredients into an airtight container and store in fridge for at least 2 hours
  3. Remove from fridge and add toppings
