Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1-2 tbsp crushed nuts (pecans used here)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3/4 cup milk / alt. milk
- Greek yogurt for toppings
- RIND Dark Cocoa Coconut Crisps for toppings
- Honey drizzle for toppings
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients, excluding toppings, into a bowl and mix
- Place ingredients into an airtight container and store in fridge for at least 2 hours
- Remove from fridge and add toppings
