Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup RIND Coconut Crips (chopped)
- 1 handful dried cherries and cashews from RIND Cherry Cashew Crunch
- RIND Apple Chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper of grease well
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
- Press graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the pan firmly into an even layer to form the base
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the crust
- Sprinkle chocolate on top of the crust in an even ayer
- Coat with coconut, cherries, and casehws
- Top with Apple Chips
- Gently press toppings down with a fork
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until coconut starts to turn golden brown
- Cool, slice, and enjoy
