- 4 cups baby kale
- 2 cups brussels sprouts

- 1 cup RIND Apple chips
- 1/4 cup RIND Cherry Cashew Crunch REMIX
- 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
Ingredients (Dressing):
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp Somos Mexican Chili Crisp (Mango & Pineapple)
Instructions:
- Air fry brussels sprouts with chili crisp for a tasty crunch
- Mix everything in a bowl
- Drizzle with dressing
