Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup RIND Dark Cocoa Sea Salt Coconut Crisps
- 1 block organic extra firm tofu
- 1/4 cup organic maple syrup
- 2 tsp organic cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Willa's Oat Milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 organic medium-size bananas, sliced
Instructions:
- Combine 2 sliced bananas and maple syrup in a pot. Once the mixture is simmering and bananas have softened, remove from the heat,
- Add tofu, banana-maple syrup mixture, cinnamon, salt, RIND, and Willa's Oat Milk to food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to tupperware.
- Place 1 sliced banana on top of pudding.
- Let cool for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Top with cinnamon and enjoy.
