
Board Ingredients:
- High Protein Cashew Cookie Dough hummus (recipe below)
- RIND Cherry Cashew Crunch
- Cherries
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Apples
- Dried apricots
- Pretzel twists
- Graham crackers
- Cinnamon cookie brittle
Hummus Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cashews, toasted
- 1½ cups (1 can, drained) chickpeas
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 bagCherry Cashew Crunch REMIX
Instructions:
- Add the toasted cashews to a food processor and pulse till finely crumbled
- Add the chickpeas, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon and sea salt, along with a couple of ice cubes and pulse till smooth and creamy
- Serve at room temp or chilled, topped generously with RIND Cherry Cashew Crunch REMIX (you can also stir some in for extra texture)
- Refrigerate leftovers for up to 5 days.
