Ingredients:
- RIND Orchard or Straw-Peary (for apples)
- 1-2 Tbsp. Caramel sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp. Cinnamon sugar mixture
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup Apple cider
- 1/2 cup Prosecco OR Ginger beer
Instructions:
- Put caramel sauce and cinnamon sugar on separate plates
- Dip the rim of the glass into sauce then the sugar mixture
- Add ice, apple cider, and prosecco or ginger beer to the glass
- Add the apples for garnish
