Greek Yogurt Fruit & Nut Tart

Ingredients (Crust):

  • 15 medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 3/4 cup cashews
  • vanilla bean paste
  • sea salt

Ingredients (Filling):

  • 1.5 cups whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tbsp honey
  • vanilla bean baste
  • RIND Snacks Tropical Blend
  • Any fresh fruit

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients for crust together
  2. Press into a parchment lined and greased tart pan
  3. Top with RIND Snacks Tropical Blend and any other fruit you’d like
  4. Refrigerate
