
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Orchard
- 1 tbsp Coconut Crisps
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Melt the chocolate in 30 sec intervals in the microwave, stirring between each until smooth
- Stir half of the chopped RIND Orchard into the melted chocolate
- Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper, smoothing it into an even layer (about 1/4 inch thick)
- Sprinkle the remaining fruit, RIND Coconut Crisps, cashews, and sea salt over the chocolate
- Let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, then break into pieces and enjoy
