Dark Chocolate Orchard Coconut Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Orchard
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Crisps
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Melt the chocolate in 30 sec intervals in the microwave, stirring between each until smooth
  3. Stir half of the chopped RIND Orchard into the melted chocolate
  4. Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper, smoothing it into an even layer (about 1/4 inch thick)
  5. Sprinkle the remaining fruit, RIND Coconut Crisps, cashews, and sea salt over the chocolate
  6. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, then break into pieces and enjoy
