Chocolate Coconut Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • RIND Snacks Dark Cocoa Sea Salt Coconut Crisps
  • Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Almond flower
  • 1/4 cup Protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tbs Pumpkin Spice

Instructions:

  1. Crush the RIND Coconut Crisps and set aside
  2. Stir wet ingredients 
  3. Slowly add in dry ingredients, except for chocolate chips and coconut crisps, until a thick dough forms
  4. Add in the coconut and chocolate chips
  5. Roll into balls
  6. Store in fridge for up to 5 days
