Chocolate Coconut Granola


  • 4 cups oats
  • 1.5 cups sliced almonds or nuts of choice
  • .5 cup coconut oil
  • .5 cup maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt and cinnamon
  • Chocolate Chips
  • RIND Coconut Crisps


  • Mix together oats, coconut oil, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well so all oats are coated.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350℉
  • Let cool, then toss with RIND coconut crisps and chocolate chips
