Cherry Cashew Cake Bars


  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1.5 cup light brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 cups @rindsnacks Cherry Cashew Crunch REMIX


  • Preheat oven to 325°F and line 8×8 pan w/ foil.
  • Melt butter in a mixing bowl then add the brown sugar & stir until smooth.
  • Add eggs into mix Stir, then stir in vanilla.
  • Add in flour, baking powder and salt, mixing into the wet mixture until completely combined.
  • Add @rindsnacks Cherry Cashew Crunch REMIX, stirring until mixed.
  • Spread batter into foil lined pan & bake at 325°F for 40 minutes.
  • Once cool, lift out of pan and slice into desired bars.
