Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1.5 cup light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2 cups @rindsnacks Cherry Cashew Crunch REMIX
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line 8×8 pan w/ foil.
- Melt butter in a mixing bowl then add the brown sugar & stir until smooth.
- Add eggs into mix Stir, then stir in vanilla.
- Add in flour, baking powder and salt, mixing into the wet mixture until completely combined.
- Add @rindsnacks Cherry Cashew Crunch REMIX, stirring until mixed.
- Spread batter into foil lined pan & bake at 325°F for 40 minutes.
- Once cool, lift out of pan and slice into desired bars.
