Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients:

  • RIND Apple Chips
  • coconut sugar
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • Baking Soda
  • Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients and roll into balls
  2. Place on cookie sheet and dust with cinnamon, coconut sugar, and crushed RIND Apple chips
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until golden
